Eligibility: Nyra Naturals does not offer refunds if you change your mind about a product, so please choose carefully.

Return Process:
Once your claim is approved and we have received the returned goods in their original, unused and unopened condition, we will promptly:

Condition of Returned Goods: Even in cases of incorrect supply, goods will only be accepted for re-supply or credit if they are unopened and in their original condition. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind due to hygienic reasons.
